US army veteran arrested for disarming a dangerous man. He was even the one that called the cops

Looking at the footage I think he talked too much and rubbed the cop up the wrong way. Still, he should not of been charged. Taking a gun of a guy pointing it at you and then told you were the one in possession of a deadly weapon is completely nuts.
